The New Smyrna Beach intoxilyzer 8000 recently tested outside of compliance. This occasionally occurs and it is often the result of many common excuses that do not relate to inaccuracies of the machines. The one odd thing from the results is that the inspections were performed at 08:46:09 and 09:58:48 and data of the tests were from 08:03:04 and 10:37:01. It is odd that the data was uploaded before the test was performed. It is possible that data was uploaded for other purposes or that the agency is trying to mask an invalid test.
